Labor Measures

• When the state orders to suspend a business then the employers are not required by law to pay salaries to employees for the duration of the suspension by state order.

• Employers who are subject to a temporary restriction measure, following a public authority order, are required to submit a declaration to the Information System ERGANI, stating that their business is under a temporary ban. 

• Employees shall submit an individually declaration on an electronic platform maintained for this purpose by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. Employees declare their personal information, their personal bank account information (IBAN), and the details of the company in which they work to be included in the special support.
